At BookLand Green, we are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Below are the details of our delivery process:

1. Delivery Timeframes:
  • Standard Delivery: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Delivery: Orders are processed within 1 business day and usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
2. Delivery Charges:
  • Standard Delivery: Free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat fee of $5.99 applies.
  • Express Delivery: A flat fee of $15.99 applies for all express orders.
3. Delivery Locations:

We currently deliver to addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment.

5. Issues with Delivery:

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damage, please contact our customer service team at support@booklandgreen.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BookLand Green. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Window:
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility:
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and labels intact.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for digital products or gift cards.
3. How to Return:

4. Return Shipping Costs:
  • For returns due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
